I inherited a failing member chat and rebuilt the experience across the stack: signed session handoff, room permissions, moderation workflows, terms acceptance, mobile behavior, and production operations.
Challenge
Authenticated users could not reliably enter or use the live chat.

Signed JWT identity, nonces, capability checks, sanitization, and secret-authenticated service routes.
My work includes Community Chat, nationwide station discovery, the MobiLoud mobile product, live-media software, program launches, an automated PDF acquisition funnel, and the separate Take Action site.
